All orders will be shipped within two working days.

For safety and hygiene reasons our products cannot be resold so we do not accept returns. We are committed to making wonderful products for you to enjoy. If you are not happy with your order, please let us know and we will work with you to ensure your experience is a positive one. 

Ma' Goodies hand and body lotion and hand and body wash are packaged in completely recyclable packaging. All artisan soaps are shrink-wrapped, a recyclable material, and Castille soaps are gently wrapped in compostable tissue paper.
